Health coaching is a collaborative, client-centered approach that empowers individuals to achieve their wellness goals and make sustainable, positive changes in their lives. It involves a professional health coach working alongside clients and sometimes their primary health carer (such as their GP) to navigate the complex landscape of health and well-being, offering guidance, support, and personalized strategies.


Health coaching focuses on holistic health, taking into account physical, mental, and emotional aspects, and is designed to help clients identify their unique strengths, set meaningful goals, and develop actionable plans to enhance their overall health and quality of life. This dynamic and personalized partnership between coach and client fosters motivation, accountability, and a deeper understanding of one's own well-being, ultimately leading to long-term, transformative health improvements.
