"Integrating health coaching into primary care can significantly improve patients' outcomes"

Zest Health Coaching regularly works with doctors to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.

In comparison to traditional patient care, health coaching has been found to:

  • significantly improve patients' physiological, behavioral and social outcomes,

  • significantly improve one or more behaviors of nutrition, physical activity, weight management or medication adherence,

  • improve glycaemic control and reduce glycated hemoglobin for patients with type 2 diabetes,

  • improve medication adherence,

  • assist with weight loss and increase the levels of motivation and personal satisfaction,

  • be an effective strategy to promote reductions in energy intake, body weight and body mass index, and

  • improve physical activity.
